Farmer’s Market Friday

Farmers Markets are a wonderful place to discover so much about the surrounding area they are located in.

One of our readers (okay it’s my sister, Sue) sent in photos of their Farmers Market located in Sandpoint Idaho. It looks like a fantastic market filled with local produce and services.

EWB loves the massage chairs they include as one of their many diverse activities. Many Farmers Markets also include wine, local beers, coffee, and music.

You could literally spend the entire time that the market is open not only to purchase healthy local produce, but to talk to vendors and other shoppers and learn so much about the area. Put it on your list when traveling to make sure and stop in to get a real picture of the city/town you are visiting. You will learn a lot and be healthier and happier for it.
