Favorite green munchie
The word “green” can mean many things. A blue/yellow color blend, unripened, covered with foliage, immature, and environmentally sound are just some of the many definitions. My definition is delicious. Many of the green appetizers or munchies we served at a St. Patrick’s Day get-together this week-end included green grapes, wasabi coated nuts, edamame, sliced cucumbers (accompanied by tzatziki from the Farm Store on Lexington and Ashland), green olives and cilantro jalapeño hummus.
