Easy Mexican Chili dip
Great basic recipe to customize it to make it your favorite. Make it a dip, potato stuffing, or chili.
- 25 ounce Organic Black Beans Low-sodium, non-BPA can, and rinse well
- 16 ounces Salsa EWB loves Jack's salsa.
- 8 ounces Organic, Non-GMO Frozen Corn rinse
Add your favorite extras- cilantro, lime juice, avocado, couscous, black olives, plain greek yogurt, peppers.
This yummy dip can also be used as a topping for a baked/sweet potatoe or as a meal. Serve it as a chili, with a green salad, and a chunk of whole grain bread.
