Mango Salsa (the best+easiest)

Eat Well Buffalo loves this plant based Mango Salsa filled with colorful+healthy fruits, veggies+ herbs. Use it as a topping for fish, chicken, tofu, tacos, and eggs or as a dip for whole grain chips and veggies. Refreshing and bursting with flavor, we think this will become one of your favorites!


  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 3 tbsp lime juice (fresh)
  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • Combine all chopped ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy! Store in a covered dish in the refrigerator
