51 years agoI'm somewhat feeling like my aged, worn and dated Buffalo Bills coffee cup. I'm not sure how old it actually is but I've had it forever. A little tired and weary..... But I'm hopeful and excited and just those words make me feel more refreshed, rested and strong. We need to leave our past in the past or it might ruin our future. 51 years agoStrength training is critical even though I have to talk myself into doing it 2-3 times a week. I keep showing up. Weight lifting empowers you. When you eat tomatoes cooked, your body actually absorbs more of their potentially cancer fighting lycopene. 51 years agoGarlic roasted cabbage steaks. Appetizer, side dish or snack. Preheat oven to 425 and place 3/4 inch slices on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil infused with crushed garlic and seasonings. Pop in oven for 30 minutes until cabbage is golden brown with crispy edges.
