Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Ranch Yogurt Dressing

Try this easy, healthy and creamy ranch dressing made with greek yogurt. Use it on your favorite greens or as a yummy dip with veggies. Make a batch and you won’t need to ask how long it will last in the refrigerator. It’s so tasty it will be gone very quickly! Although it should be used within 2 weeks 🙂

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt EWB prefers non-fat, but the choice is up to you
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1.5 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in a container in the refrigerator.
