51 years agoNothing soothes your soul better than a hearty, nourishing and delicious bowl of homemade soup. The Kale, Bean and Barley Soup recipe was from my Fresh Start pocket cookbook. Great collection of healthy recipes produced by Lemon Poppy Inc. The book was in my HER Kitchen Pantry Box I subscribe to every month. It’s such a gift every month to open this treasure chest of new products. Check it out @herkitchenbuffalo The soup is fantastic and I’m thankful I have leftovers for lunch. #eatwellbuffalo#herkitchenbuffalo#bestlife#buffalo#lifeisgood#healthy

It's a new era, a totally different and changed world it seems. So I cheer and truly believe the Bills will continue on their winning path. I believe in my heart of hearts, we are all capable
51 years agoThere are so many health benefits we receive from forest bathing. Walk slowly through a forest and use all your senses to enjoy the experience. Is it the outdoor air, aroma of the trees or just being out in nature? Forest bathing has been shown to improve the quality of our life as well as our immune system. Take time to schedule some time out in nature. It just might help cure what ails you #bestlife#forestbathing#eatwellbuffalo#joy#buffalo#healthylife#wellnesstips#calm
