Mexican Chili Dip
Here’s a simple, healthy and delicious appetizer, topping for stuffed potato, or yummy bowl of chili.
Make it yours by adding your favorite topping including black olives, avocado, peppers, onions, cilantro or whatever you prefer.
Serve room temperature for a dip or heat it up for a topping or chili.
Easy Mexican Chili dip
- 25 ounce Organic Black Beans Low-sodium, non-BPA can, and rinse well
- 16 ounces Salsa EWB loves Jack's salsa.
- 8 ounces Organic, Non-GMO Frozen Corn rinse
Add your favorite extras- cilantro, lime juice, avocado, couscous, black olives, plain greek yogurt, peppers.
- Mix together and chill to use with your favorite whole grain chip or cut-up veggie.
