A must try easy meal that is heart healthy+soul warming!!! I love this recipe because you can use whatever veggies you have on hand- mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onion, whatever is...

2 days ago What does plant-based protein have that animal protein does not? FIBER! Foods that contain fiber can prevent or relieve constipation. Fiber can also help you maintain a healthy weight, lower your risk of diabetes, some types of cancer and heart disease. So celebrate this #meatlessmonday (EWB loves your posts) by enjoying a black bean burger or an avocado chickpea pasta dish. Your gut will thank you♥️♥️ #meatlessmonday#fiber#healthyliving#bestlife#buffalony#wellness#healthylife
3 days ago One of my favorite tools is a handheld spiralizer! It’s muscle powered, cheap (under $10), doesn’t take up much space and works perfectly every time. I will use the zoodles to create a Lemony Garlic Zucchini and Shrimp dish and serve it with a side salad. Easy, doesn’t cost much and very delish and filling. Love this dish
7 days ago It makes sense to check the price for the organic and conventional food you are purchasing. My experience has been often they are the same price or a small difference. Here are Goya red kidney beans I’m buying for a red bean and brown rice dish. Same price for the exact same size can. It makes sense if organic is affordable and accessible to chose that option for less pesticides, chemicals and they are better for the environment.
